Shipping Policy

All orders placed by 4:30pm (EST) Monday-Thursday, will be shipped to you overnight, free of charge*, and fully insured. All orders placed after 4:30pm Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday, will be shipped out the following business day. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Thursday), your order will begin processing that day.

If you place an order on a holiday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will begin processing the following business day.

Paolo Costagli will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

Signature requirements for delivery:

All orders, regardless of dollar amount, will require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibily to make sure someone will be able to sign for your package based on the delivery schedule above.

If you are unable to be available for signature on the day your package is scheduled to arrive, please send an email to customerservice@paolocostagli.com immediately after purchasing to make arrangements to ship out on a later date.

* Shipping charges are complimentary on all U.S. orders, but will be deducted from purchase price if it is returned.
