Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you will have 30 days from the original purchase date to return your item(s) for refund, store credit or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.  Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the recipient upon delivery to a common carrier in the United States.
 
To receive a refund, your item must be returned in the same unused, unaltered and saleable condition in which it was received along with the original jewelry box or pouch.
 
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to the address provided. The return shipping costs are not refundable, and are the sole responsibility of the sender.   Please note, a 4% processing fee and the value of any damaged packaging will be deducted from the final amount returned.  All special orders are final order.

Disclosures on Gemstones

Gemstones are routinely enhanced to improve their appearance by different methods. These enhancements are common and accepted by the trade.  All gemstones are assumed to be enhanced unless noted in the description.  Since enhancement techniques are constantly developed and updated, various Gem Laboratories differ in their assessment and definition of these enhancements.

Damages and Claims

Paolo Costagli Inc. will not accept any damaged items unless it has been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact Paolo Costagli Inc. at 212.974.9360 within 24 hours to report damage.
